A few days before meet you feel well . However, day after day you start feeling more and more tension and notice stress...  This is quite normal. Whoever beyond the physical preparation is able to control stress and also to mobilize during take-off - wins. The competition is a test of our ability . Shows at what stage we are prepared. The trick is not to throw away in training , the trick is to focus and mobilize during meets and there obtain the best results. To make it happen think positively and believe that you will succeed. Additionally, your positive attitude can motivate coach friends and of course family . As far throwing, visualization helps . The ability to imagine the perfect throw and then copy it to in the training , then later in competition  is great start . If you reach that level , then you are on track to become big player on the international level. Stress can interfere , but it can also be a source of additional energy . Should you wind up and make you will feel extremely excited and fully prepared to compete . If you overcome negative effects of stress, you will handle it calmly during competition. Good luck!
