Mental Attitude
While training, you develop, you become more and more powerful, stronger, faster. You know your level of motivation. Why sometimes, feeling strong you are not able to perform? The answer is simple. Mental Preparation. Everything is in our head. If we believe that we will succeed, we will win. Many experienced competitors know very well how important mental preparation is. It affects our end result. More than 50% is in your mind. Positive thinking, focusing on the outcome and success is the first step to achieve our goals. Many times I started with the competitors that have a better PB than me and but I was able to win. Why did this happen? I was so much in-line for success that nothing was able to stop me. If you are healthy, have good motivation and proper mental attitude then this is a success.
