Very often the question arises how many throws to give the training. This number depends on the period of preparation. In the preparatory period is much higher than during startup. Week should give a total of about 300-350 throws. They are mostly projections place the march, with a jump. The closer to the start of the season the more we give more throws of the full technique. Their number in a single workout should be 20-30 projective throws. Throw themselves on the warm-up should give about 25-30 throws. Number of technical training in the week up to 3. Very import_ant note! Do not forget about throwing a weaker hand. The total number of the throws  in a year using weaker hand should be close to hand throws better. This could be the projections of the place and jump, occasionally with the full technique.
